Giving a Card Table as a Gift

Card tables – Do you know someone that loves playing cards, but have no clue what to give them for their birthday, etc?  If you find it hard to find gifts for that person because he or she potentially has everything, finding a unique gift like a card table and chairs will definitely catch them by surprise.

Card tables make great gifts because usually when people buy something for themselves it usually benefits them only, they wouldn’t think to by themselves something that will need more people other than themselves to use.  If you know this person loves to play poker and has their own place, why not buy them something so that they can host their own poker games in the comfort of their own home?

Before you go out and buy them a table, you need to make sure that have enough room in their place to have a card table.  There are many styles of card tables and they all range in different prices.   If that person already has a dining room table, you should look into a folding card table top.  Table tops are a great solution because it simply goes over your existing tables.  Folding card tables are great for someone with limited space in their house.

There are many different shapes that you can look into as well such as oval, round, and octagon.  The shape of the card tables will base how many players on average will be played on it.  Oval tables are great for a maximum of 10 players.  Octagon tables will fit 8 people perfectly and round tables will fit anything lower than 8.

As with every gift, make sure that person doesn’t already have a card table and it’s always good to keep the receipt just in case that person needs to exchange it for some reason. for other great home furnishing ideas, be sure to visit our Rival crock pot home page and see how others are learning to live the slow-cookin’ lifestyle.
