How to change your life – I would like to help you change your life. I have written this article under the premise that with a simple change now, down the road it is going to snowball into massive changes later on.
4 steps to creating significant change:
1. Do it now
IT is something only you can determine. It is the thing you have been putting off, think your not good enough for/can do. Make a list of the 5-10 things you think need to be done yet haven’t found time for and then do one on the list.
2. Forgive others
No matter what others say or do, if we don’t forgive them then it is US that is to blame for it. They said/did the hurtful thing only once, you relive it every time and harbor that resentment, hate, or anger within you and project that out onto others. Let it go.
3. Relax
Stress can kill, so its wise to remove it from the equation altogether. It can cause weight gain, lead to disease, ruin relationships and more. You can do many things to get rid of it like: read a good book, go for a walk, remove yourself from the situation for a bit, or my personal favorite is listening to music.
4. End bad relationships
To me, this is a no brainer. However, some find it tough, because they are so attached to the person, or think they can’t find others to create relationships with. This list is about you, so its time to ditch the haters and empower your life with more friendly folk.
